Ready to Succeed is a non-profit organization focused on securing job opportunities for foster youth students at top U.S universities. As a former foster youth who went to USC, worked with RTS’s core team and scholars.
As a consultant, pitched marketing initiatives for RTS to redesign key online platforms. As an advisor, continue to provide support and insight for key staff members and future scholars.
After becoming an RTS scholar (class of 17’), continued to work closely with the program's recruitment and marketing team.
Serve as a program advisor regarding advancement, outreach, and structure for RTS.
